The Program Manager position is a challenging and fulfilling job requiring the following skills:

  • Experience creating and managing diverse programs
  • Strong people and communication skills to address various stakeholders, including internal staff as well as scattered volunteers
  • Ability to work in a sometimes low-resource environment and creatively developing resources
  • In-depth knowledge of endometriosis, full understanding of what it’s like to live with endo and its related health problems
  • Good command of social media skills, including website, Google AdWords, Facebook and other Association online support groups, and ability to coordinate associated providers
  • Energy, enthusiasm, dedication to the mission
